Once packages leave our custody we are NO longer responsible during transit.
If your order has delayed while in USPS possession, please contact their customer service line or go to your local post office to get more information. (I can not update your tracking number, nor make your package move faster)
Please check to make sure you entered the correct address. We will not be held responsible for orders sent to wrong address.
If you need to make an address change, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before your order ships.
Once your order ships, absolutely NO changes can be made.
If you live in an apartment, please label it. Please do not just put a number. (Example: Apt 35, Unit 5B)
If your order was sent back to me, you will have to purchase a re-delivery fee.
